The Air Jordan 6 model features a rubber tongue which has two holes in it for ease of putting them on and taking them off. The clear soles and the lace locks features were brought back from the Air Jordan 5 model. The entire tongue, and part of the lace locks of these were the inspiration for the Air Jordan Spiz'ike.
