Shipping and Handling
All items are shipped via EMS USPS Express. Processing of all orders take 2-3 days. From that time, orders take 5-7 days to arrive at your household. Once orders are shipped, customers will receive a tracking link through e-mail in which they can track their package online. CrazyJordans is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address due to a mistake on the customer side. If any shipments are returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer is not there to receive the package, the customer must contact us through e-mail and with the correct address if applicable. The item will be reshipped - extra shipping fees for re-shipment may apply.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. When a customer places an order, the credit card on the order is not charged until the order is shipped. In some instances, items may go out of stock after orders are placed. Customers will receive notification via e-mail or phone. Customers can choose to have another item shipped to them in replacement. If contact is not able to be made within 72 hours of the initial order, the credit card on the order will not be charged and the order will become void.
