The Air Jordan 6
was released in late 1990 and Tinker Hatfield was credited for creating it. This custom Air Jordan model featured
a rubber tongue which has two holes in it which the wearer can easily put the shoes on. The
clear soles and the lace locks features were brought back from the Air Jordan 5 model.
The entire tongue, and part of the lace locks of these custom
kicks were the inspiration for the Air Jordan
Spiz'ike.
