- How long does shipping take?
Shipping normally takes 7-12 business days from the time of your order. We use USPS Priority mail to ship out all orders.
- Where is my order?
To find out where your order is use the Order History page when you click 'My Account' on the top right of any page. We will also notify you of any status updates via e-mail.
- Why is my order still Pending?
Sometimes your order may be held in Pending for more then 2 days. This is because the item(s) in your order are not located in our central warehouse at this time and need to be brought from another warehouse. It also means there is a chance your order is not in stock. If you feel like your order has been 'Pending' for too long, then you can fill out a re-order form by clicking on 'Fill out a Re-Order Form' on the bottom right of your account page.
- How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping costs $8 per pair and handling costs $2 per pair making a total of $10 per pair for shipping and handling.
- My item is out of stock or incomplete. What do I do?
Simply reply to any e-mail we've sent you with the name of a replacement pair or click on the Reorder button on your Order History page.
- What is your return policy?
We handle returns with the utmost concern. You may return unworn/undamaged goods within 30 days of your initial order. You must contact us before sending your order back to receive further instruction.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.
